Just tried it and it's really cool to send video to the iphone even choosing bad quality looks good on the iPhone.
and the jpg glitch is a cool effect.

iam running a mac mini -> dual head -> two full hd projector in an installation - all is running automatically by switch on the housepower (mac on, izzy-file automatic start item - automatically show stage) but if i remove the preview monitor - where i see my izzy patch  - the patch will be shown allways in front of the projected image on one of the full hd projector (after automatically show stages) is there a hook which iam missing?

i`am running 10.8.5 / izzy 2.0.0b4

That would be very cool.

the image/movie actor will default to scale to the stage size. You want to control this.
You can calculate the percent of stage size that it is, and then use this value to set it to its 'actual' size.
For example a 64px x 48px image is 10% width and height of a 640x480 stage, so setting it to a 10% width and height in a projector will have it render at actual size.
If you are doing alot of this I suggest creating a user actor that calculates the width and height percentage of an incoming image.

I recently viewed a DVD from our local library " American Film TreasuresIV Avant Garde 1947-1986"

After a bit of research it does seem like the Mavericks codec or container problem at the bottom of this.

If I set the compression codec to Hap, Hap Alpha, H.264 or ProRes4444 the stage records, and captured files can be read directly in Isadora, but as above they'll all need to be imported in QT7Pro and recompressed before they'll show up in the Finder quickview, or used by some other apps. Other codecs might work too, but after a bit of success with these ones creating files that could be converted later I didn't check them all to see if one creates a file that can be read directly by QTX or the Finder immediately.  I'd mistaken the Finder's difficulties for "failed" recordings, but once reprocessed these are OK. Just a pain to keep having to work on them twice. I wanted to confirm that a captured file from a channel could be replayed within the same patch without having to reprocess mid-show, but this seems fine.
