We are very happy to announce that Isadora will be powering the Venice Architecture Biennale from May 10th until November.

Isadora Latin Network in partnership with mexican visual artist Héctor Cruz, is responsible for the design of the immersive video projection device that accompanies the installation.

The piece "SIESTARIO" (by Argentine architects Marco Zampieron and Juan Manuel Pachue) is the winning project for the Argentine Pavilion at the Venice Biennale. 

We're already working on the Biennial pavilion. More news coming soon.

Been looking at getting one of these for awhile now, especially as they're such a good price at the moment.   

 I'm not sure if anybody else has got an experience of using them especially in larger spaces and extending USBC.

Sadly, I have no skills for any of these solutions, and most of all, it's for live performance so it's already a mess to hold computer, wifi webcam and play in front of so we decided to skip this scene.

If you want to have more than two videos, you'll need to switch to some other setup. Something like this: Download (same file, just added a third Scene)

thanks for this generous advice. I have just started using ChatGPT a little for making Shaders, so I will expand those experiments a bit further for this project.

@dbini You could also play with the parameters bleow smoothing about area surface and same area max distance. Bit it depends how what you are tracking moves

 Python or Javascript, shouldn't have any problem with this.
Just restart a timer when a new value arrives, and have a pulsed trigger that has the time checked constantly, making updates as needed.

Thanks for your advice on this. I have looked into what kind of investment would be required to go with a single  computer solution or Datapath FX4’s but the reality is the MacMini M4 is a much better value proposition at this time. With 3 x MacMini I am provided a total of 9 potential discrete video outputs and greater long term flexibility, while remaining well under the current price point of Datapath FX4. At this point It appears to me worth the extra fiddling around with Isadora programming. I do take the point about reducing the over all number of Movie Players, that is a great approach!

What happens is when I quit Isadora, the file closes, all windows disappear, but Isadora remains open, lurking in the background. Attempts to quit from the Isadora dropdown do nothing and I need to Force Quit. I suspect it may have something to do with either the OpenNI Tracker or Screen Capture actors. Recently I've been working on a new patch that doesn't include either of these actors and Isadora is quitting perfectly.

The input on the Broadcaster is mutable, meaning it will change to match the data type and range (if any) of the first output to which it is connected. Sounds to me like you've connected the Broadcaster actor to an actor that has caused it to adopt the range of the other actor like this:
