after a while I think the easiest way is to use a VNC Remote software like Teamviewer  or  https://apps.apple.com/de/app/vnc-viewer-remote-desktop/id352019548 in the iPhone. It is not so responsive but you see  the whole control panel.

I would personally do a combination of the two. So recordings that you already did / + maybe the video footage of the RGB Camera that the Kinect has so they can see the image / see the puppet or whatever you wish to with the Kinect data.

And then a few scenes with live data! Either thru OSC / NDI / whatever works in your situation :)

I just tested sending MSC from QLab to Isadora and it respected my Scene fade times. Here's some screenshots that might help you:

We do not have support for VST in Isadora 3. To do this you would need to route the audio out to a VST host.

That is rather low.  You might want to try 0.95 (this is a rather extreme smoothing) to see how that's, and then bring it down from there.

Isadora now offers a powerful Subtitle player as an Addon.
The srt-subtitle-player allows timecode to drive your srt file (subtitle file) reading.
How you display the text is up to you.

 I just want to reinforce this, generally one Kinect per USB host/bus in your system. On a laptop, often you will have one Bus on the left side and one on the right (maybe the rear), but it is unlikely you have more than 2 on a laptop. This is most apparent with Kinect V2 which is USB 3 only and really needs the bandwidth.

I'm not entirely sure how to help here. Is there a specific question you have, or are you asking for advice on how to program the various elements of your project?

If the original project was created in Isadora and you still have the file, it would be helpful if you could post the file and explain what you need to change and where in the patch we can look to see how you handled that particular part of your project. A description of each of the systems as you want to have them now would be extremely helpful as well (I got a bit confused about what your current goals are because of the included backstory about previous versions of your work). Overall it would be great to have more detail about what you already have working, what you'd like to change about your existing functions, what new functions you need, and/or what old functions you need to change (and how they need to change).
