Gotcha, good to know! I think they already have the projectors they plan to use, I unfortunately wasn't given those specs. So was trying to figure out what would be the easiest and most familiar aspect ratio to work with. Thanks for the info!!

"Syphon Receiver"is already there in Isadora as a node actor. the device running the EpocCam app and the computer running Isadora must be on the same network. The connection is automatically available and indicated by the EpoCam app on your device.

Click into the 'Server ' field of the 'Syphon Receiver ' actor to select the EpocCam stream.

This is my first, preliminary attempt at edge blending using three ultra-short throw projectors against a curved surface using Isadora. Has anyone attempted anything like this recently?

I'm looking for good resources on geometric correction, and other successful strategies in similar conditions.

My configuration is less-than-ideal -- the project is under a lot of budget, time. and venue constraints -- so the projection surface was not to my specifications. It's a pop-up screen used for trade shows, and hence has a lot of flex and bend distortion in the mid-section.

In short the model must have a texture when it is saved from 3d studio Max if Isadora can apply a texture to it.

If you press CTRL + Left click (and hold) then drag the mouse around you can move in any direction. Hope this solves your problem. 

I think OSCulator is the only way to do it. Or; maybe javascript?

I believe that this has been on Mark's radar for quite a while.  I assume that it requires rewriting a bunch of fundamental code, otherwise we would have seen it by now.

 Yes, a circular patch such as that must branch in someway. This is both an optimization and a precaution (I beleive).

Generally this doesn't cause issue because you would want something to be 'done' with the value produced by the loop.
