Yes. I played around in this example file with throwing the two images I want to blend into Virtual Stages first so that I can add the edge blend to each Virtual Stage with the Global Edge Blend Mask actor then use Get Stage Image actors to combine the feeds from the Virtual Stages and route the result to a normal Stage. The benefit of this is that when you pull the two images back in, you can then apply video effects to both of them together (I think). I'm sure there could be a way to improve on my method and I didn't bother to get my blend looking perfect, but this was just a quick sketch.

Pulling in the feeds from both Virtual Stages and compositing them on a single Stage with physical displays assigned to it.

@dusxI I have actually done just that now. I did test sending directly from my system over a hardline into a capture card for the streaming server. I then tested setting my stage output to spout and using Spout to NDI to send the feed via network to the same streaming server. The Spout to NDI handled things the best just slightly. Which I found surprising.

Please try an older version of the Black Magic software/drivers. We believe something was changed that has stopped 2.6 from seeing the drivers. 

@michel It worked for me as well, maybe an aberration, but when I tried I could not get the reply button to do anything.

thanks. I have also made a feature request for a better scaling of the frequency in the Sound Frequency bands actor. (see the video in the feature request.

I had for a long time I had also a ticket for the sound frequency watcher to change the minimum of the freq width. 100 Hz is too much for the subbass and bass. A better minumum would be 5 or max 10 Hz.

I've experienced the black flicker when using Electron Capture App (https://github.com/steveseguin...) to send a video stream from OBS.Ninja into Isadora. Electron is a frameless, streamlined browser window that would be perfect twinned with the Screen Capture actor were it not for the black flicker issue.

That was totally it. I deleted some old VST (Audio Unit) plugins and now I seem to have working Sound Input again. I can't tell exactly which one broke it since I just removed them all, but seeing that "AU" was unexpected pointed me in the right direction that it had something to do with Audio Units.

It will run as smoothly as it did previously. Just be aware that if you for example increase the Video resolutions (source files or internal Isadora default video processing resolution) that such a change will require much more cpu resources.
eg: a 640x480 video has 307,200 pixels, while a HD 1920x1080 video has 2,073,600. That is a 6.75 times increase in pixel processing.

Another option is a GLSL shader. One has been posted to the forum that is a similar effect to Displace.
Maybe it will be a viable replacement for you.

@mark thanks a lot yep the bug appears anytime you click then shift( which happens sometime on fine tuning parameters)
